For over 30 years, Morgan City Rentals has provided the offshore oilfield industry with reliable and dependable rental equipment.

The management of this Louisiana-based company realized that a new approach to business operations would be necessary to take the company to the next level. Forté was asked to develop new business operations technology to help improve efficiency, accuracy and allow access to previously unavailable business information.

The Forté-developed MCR Enterprise Application is used via a wide-area-network (WAN) to support MCR's three locations.  New features are being added to support more direct customer interaction through the Internet.

"Not only did we provide a more stable technology base, we were also able to help improve business processes to meet management's needs," said Forté Senior Consultant Aubrey Coté, "and the client is discovering even more ways to utilize the system."
